Because we plant many of our varieties in succession, we can harvest our produce at its
peak flavor and freshness throughout the season. Some produce are
considered “cool weather” crops and are only available in the Spring or Fall
(e.g. lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach). Some varieties will be in limited
supply or with a harvest window of only 2 or 3 weeks (e.g. strawberries, blackberries,
snow peas).
